Two weeks. One price. A roadmap you can defend to your board.
Most leadership teams don't need another AI opinion. They need a decision: what to do first, what it costs, what to ignore, and whether to do anything at all. That's what this buys — in writing, with the math shown.
The plan is three steps
Book a strategy call
Thirty minutes. We confirm the fit, agree the scope, and schedule the two weeks. If the assessment isn't the right move, I'll say so on the call.
I run the assessment
Two weeks, fixed end date. Your team's total time commitment is a handful of interviews and one readout — I do the rest.
You own the roadmap
A board-ready report and a 90-day plan, yours either way. Continue into advisory and the $5,000 is credited toward your first month.
How the two weeks run
Before day one
A short scoping call and an access checklist: org chart, current tool list, and a sample of the documents your team actually works from. No system integrations required.
Days 1–3 · Listen
Stakeholder interviews with six to ten leaders and the people closest to the work. In parallel, an AI usage and risk review — including the shadow-AI audit of what your employees are already pasting into public tools.
Days 4–7 · Map
A workflow and data-source map: where the expert hours go, where the documents live, and which data can never leave the building. This map is what makes the recommendation defensible instead of generic.
Days 8–10 · Score
Every candidate use case scored on ROI, feasibility, data sensitivity, and time-to-value. The top five survive. The architecture question gets answered: private, commercial, hybrid — or wait.
Days 11–14 · Decide
The written report, the 90-day roadmap, and a 90-minute executive readout where your leadership team leaves with decisions made, not slides admired.
What you walk away with
None of this is hypothetical — every deliverable below links to a full sample you can read right now.
The AI Executive Assessment Report
Twelve pages: stakeholder findings, the shadow-AI audit, the workflow and data-source map, five scored use cases, and the recommendation.
Architecture Decision Memo
Private, commercial, or hybrid — decided by your data sensitivity and budget, with the reasoning in writing.
Vendor & Model Evaluation
Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and the rest, scored against your data tiers and workflows — never against a reseller's quota.
The 90-Day Roadmap
What happens in which month, who owns it, and what it costs — sequenced so the first win funds the second.
Sometimes the recommendation is "wait"
The recommendation explicitly includes four options: advisory, implementation only, both, or wait. If your data isn't ready or the ROI isn't there, the report says so — that's what a fixed price with no implementation quota behind it buys you. You own the roadmap either way.
What happens after
Most clients continue into Executive AI Advisory — the assessment's roadmap becomes the first quarter's plan, and the $5,000 is credited toward the first month. Some take the roadmap to their own team. Both are wins: the point of the assessment is that the next step is obvious.
Common questions
How much of my team's time does this take?
Six to ten hours of interviews spread across your leadership team, a short access checklist, and one 90-minute readout. I'm deliberately light on your calendar — the work happens on my side.
Do you need access to our systems?
No integrations. I work from interviews, your tool list, and representative documents. The assessment tells you what a build would need before anything touches your systems.
What if we've already started with AI?
Even better. The assessment scores what you've already deployed alongside what you haven't — including the honest read on whether the pilot you're running should live or die.
Why $5,000 fixed?
Because the deliverable is fixed. Two weeks, a defined set of documents, one readout. You know the price and the end date before we start, and it's credited toward advisory if you continue.
Two weeks from now, you could be done guessing.
Fixed price, fixed end date, and a roadmap your board can read. If the answer is "wait," you'll have that in writing too.
